Your first hires in France, done right
A foreign company with no establishment in France can still employ staff there, provided it registers with the dedicated Urssaf service for foreign firms, obtains a SIRET number and files monthly declarations. OMAC handles the registration, produces the payroll and secures your first French hires, working directly with your headquarters.

The principle is clear: an employee working in France is affiliated to the French social security regime, subject to international agreements. A foreign employer without an establishment registers with Urssaf's foreign firms service, receives a single SIRET number for all its exchanges with French bodies, then files the DSN declaration every month.
For some structures, the TFE, an optional free Urssaf service, simplifies formalities: one declaration covers hiring, one covers the social protection bodies, one payment covers contributions. OMAC checks whether your company is eligible, chooses the right setup with you and then keeps the calendar, so that hiring in France becomes a straightforward, repeatable process.
Your challenges
- Mandatory registration with Urssaf's foreign firms service, and a single SIRET number to obtain.
- A monthly DSN declaration to file, exactly as for any employer established in France.
- First hires to secure: pre-hire declaration, contract, medical visit, health cover, every step counts.
How we help
- Registration with the foreign firms service handled end to end, through to your SIRET.
- Monthly payroll and DSN filed on time, or the TFE scheme where your company is eligible.
- Every hire framed properly: pre-hire declaration, compliant contract, affiliations and health cover in place.
