HR & payroll for foreign structures
Your admin team is small. Your French obligations are not.
OMAC Consulting produces your payslips, secures your HR administration and guides foreign structures, independents and individuals through French procedures. In French and in English.
The reality
Employing in France is demanding
An embassy, a delegation or a liaison office employs staff in France under the same obligations as a large French company, without a dedicated payroll department. Deadlines arrive every month. The figures speak for themselves.
12
nominative social declarations per year: one DSN every month, due the 5th or the 15th at noon
361 pages
in the technical standard behind the 2026 DSN, a specification updated every year
50%
minimum employer share of the mandatory group health cover premium
Our answer
Your payroll department, in two languages
OMAC takes over your payslip production and day-to-day HR, with a practitioner's precision and one point of contact who answers you in French and in English.
01
Payroll expertise from the field
Years of hands-on operations: HRIS, time management, payslip production. We know the French machinery in detail, because we run it every month.
02
Delivered in French and English
Your local staff work in French, your headquarters in English. We serve both without an intermediary or an approximation. In this field that is rare; for you it is decisive.
03
Rigor that is ready for tomorrow
Documented processes, clean data, systematic checks. That rigor makes your payroll reliable today and methodically prepares your administration for the transition to artificial intelligence, the day it proves useful.
Our services
Three services, one standard of care
From your employees' payroll to your own paperwork: three clear services, carried by the same rigor, in French and in English.

HR administration & payroll
Your personnel administration, secured

Outsourced administrative management
Entrepreneurs, independents, taxi & VTC drivers
You run your business, we help you run your paperwork: letters, declarations, exchanges with the administrations and follow-up of your obligations, without oversights or delays.

Support for individuals & expatriates
French procedures, with peace of mind
Personalized support to understand the letters, build your files and move forward calmly with the CPAM, the tax services and the other French administrations.
Our method
Four phases, one reliable payroll
Every engagement follows four phases: Frame, Take over, Run, Grow. A documented start, a takeover without disruption, punctual monthly production, then your team's growing autonomy.
-
1
Frame
We establish the scope: headcount, contracts, applicable collective agreement, registrations, filing obligations. From the first week, you know exactly who does what, on what calendar.
-
2
Take over
We take over your payroll history: configuration, year-to-date figures, variables, personnel files. The transition disturbs nothing, neither your employees nor your deadlines.
-
3
Run
Each month we produce the payslips, file the DSN and track absences, arrivals and departures. You approve, we execute, deadlines are met.
-
4
Grow
We train your administrators, document every procedure and build your autonomy. Your structure gains mastery, engagement after engagement.
Clients
Built for foreign structures
Embassies, international organizations, foreign offices, but also independents and individuals: each profile has its own constraints. We adapt our support to your reality, not the other way around.
The founder
A payroll practitioner
Jeanne Paul spent years in payroll and HRIS operations: payslip production, time management, data quality. She founded OMAC Consulting to serve foreign structures in France and the expatriates they employ, an audience she works with on her recent engagements. Based in Ile-de-France, she works in French and in English.
Behind every payslip there are hours of checking that nobody sees. That invisible care is what gives our clients peace of mind.
